Tampere Summer University
Tampere Summer University organizes open university studies, professional furthereducation, language courses, preparatory courses along with studia generalia lectures, seminars and events on cultural and regional issues, around the year. Our area of operation is Pirkanmaa, a province in south-western Finland. Education in summer universities is open for all regardsless of age and previous education.
We organize through out a year Finnish language courses for foreigners and immigrants. Finnish language courses are intensive in nature. Winter courses are held in the evenings once or twice a week and therefore are more suitable for immigrants who work or study in Tampere. Go to Finnish as a foreign language -pages.
